We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a hands-on summer internship in construction. This opportunity is designed for someone interested in gaining practical field experience, learning industry best practices, and supporting active projects in a professional and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day project activities in the field and/or office, depending on assignment.
• Assist with site walkthroughs, progress tracking, and general project documentation.
• Help coordinate communication between team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as directed.
• Review and organize project materials, drawings, reports, and other records.
• Observe construction processes and learn about safety, quality, scheduling, and site operations.
• Perform additional administrative or operational tasks to support project teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning about construction operations and project delivery.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Willingness to work in both office and field settings, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to construction, engineering, or project management through coursework, extracurricular activities, or prior experience.
• Familiarity with reading plans, specifications, or project documentation.
• Interest in developing technical knowledge and professional skills in the construction industry.
